You may return your undamaged product and in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase for any reason and receive a FULL REFUND. Should the reason for return not be quality-related, the customer must pay return shipping costs. This guarantee is valid only after proof of purchase is presented and validated by the Customer Service team. You must contact our Customer Service representatives when making a via email for a customer to receive a refund.

All quality-related issues are eligible for return and repair or replacement. Customers must have purchased the item from an authorized retailer (in-store or online) and must have proof of purchase to initiate a repair or exchange.
