Warranty Claim Procedures
Claims Within the Country of Purchase (USA)
For products purchased and serviced within the United States:
- Quality-related issues may qualify for repair, replacement, or exchange
- Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required
- Customers must contact TecTecTec Customer Support before returning any product
International Warranty Claims
For warranty claims made outside the original country of purchase:
- Eligible products may be repaired or replaced at TecTecTec’s discretion
- Customers are responsible for international shipping costs, including return shipping and replacement shipping fees
Replacement Model Availability
If the exact product model submitted for warranty replacement is no longer available, out of stock, or has been discontinued, TecTecTec reserves the right to replace the product with a comparable, newer, or upgraded model of equal or greater value and functionality.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, impacts, spills, misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage resulting from failure to follow operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, or product warnings
- Exposure to conditions beyond the product’s intended specifications, including excessive heat, moisture, or environmental conditions
- Battery performance reduction due to normal aging and regular use
- Lost or stolen products
- Products with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
- Damage occurring during return shipping if the product is not packaged properly
- Compatibility issues caused by third-party accessories, software, applications, or devices not approved by TecTecTec
- Consumable accessories and parts unless found defective upon delivery
TecTecTec reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all warranty claims before approving repair, replacement, or refund services.
