30-Day TecTecTec Happiness Guarantee

You may return your undamaged product and packaging within 30 days of purchase for any reason and receive a FULL REFUND. Should the reason for return not be quality-related, the customer must pay return shipping costs. This guarantee is valid only after proof of purchase is presented and validated by the Customer service team. Customer service representatives must be notified of a return being made via email for a customer to receive a refund.

12-Months Warranty for Quality-Related Issues (24-Months for orders made at TecTecTec.com)

For requests made within the country of purchase (USA, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, UK)

All quality-related issues are eligible for reimbursed return and repair or replacement. Customers must have purchased the item from an authorized retailer (in-store or online) and must have the proof of purchase to initiate a repair or exchange. Customer service representatives must be notified via email for any warranty claims.

For requests made outside the country of purchase

All quality-related issues will be handled with a repair or replacement. International shipping costs covering both the return and the sending of the replacement must be covered by the customer.
