At TecTecTec, we stand behind the quality of our products. That's why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged product in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that if the reason for return is not quality-related, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
To avail of this guarantee, you must provide proof of purchase and contact our Customer Service team via email for authorization and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please be aware that returns made without proper authorization and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our Customer Service representatives will not be accepted.
Warranty
We are committed to ensuring the quality and performance of our products. Our warranty coverage varies depending on the product:
- Rangefinders (Golf / Hunting): We offer a 12-month limited warranty for quality-related issues. For orders made at TecTecTec.com, the warranty extends to 24 months.
- GPS Units: Enjoy a 12-month limited warranty for quality-related issues. Online registration is required.
- Optical Products (Binoculars / Spotting Scope): Benefit from a 12-month limited warranty for quality-related issues. After online registration, the warranty extends to 24 months, with a lifetime limited warranty on lenses only.
- Textile Items: Our standard 30-day return policy applies, along with a warranty covering any construction defects in textile products.
Warranty Claim Procedures
For warranty claim requests within the country of purchase (USA):
- All quality-related issues are eligible for return, repair, or replacement.
- Customers must have proof of purchase from an authorized retailer (in-store or online) to initiate a repair or exchange.
- Contact our Customer Service representatives via email to initiate warranty claims.
For warranty claim requests outside the country of purchase: (Canada, UK, EU, etc.)
- All quality-related issues will be addressed through repair or replacement.
- International shipping costs for both return and replacement must be covered by the customer.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by drops, spills, mishandling, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use of equipment for which the product was not intended. It also excludes cosmetic or incidental damages, as well as damage resulting from unauthorized alteration, modification, or repair of the product.
