how to change voice that provides distance and course information

Can you set the volume at different levels in each earbuds or is that controlled purely from the volume of the phone running the tectectec app?
The volume control for the TEAM8 E Golf GPS Earbuds is managed through the phone’s volume settings, affecting both earbuds simultaneously. There isn’t an option to set different volume levels for each earbud independently through the TecTecTec app or the earbuds themselves. If a user prefers to hear guidance or music in just one ear, leaving one earbud in the case is a practical workaround to achieve this.
Thank you Simon. It seemed like a long shot. A review i read mentioned that the Audio from their music automatically lowers when you check the yardage. Im not sure ive experienced that. Sometimes i find the guidance difficult to hear depending on what im listening to. Its a tiny issue on a fantastic product though
You must be using an Android device. We have an upcoming update for Android users that isn’t released yet. This update will adjust the music volume automatically when providing distance information.
Can you upload new golf courses?

Yes, we can upload new golf courses. Our TecTecTec GPS app is preloaded with more than 40,000 golf courses worldwide and if the course is not avaialble, we will add it at no extra cost.

I must admit that these are great earbuds… they are comfortable to wear and listen to when using them for music. I don’t like th auto voice, I would like to suggest that you provide option where you can select the voice you would like to hear on the course. Other than that… these are great comfortable earbuds.

I have not used them on course yet but I have about 5 hours of listening time and the quality is good for the price point. I was a little sceptical of the quality when I heard that automated female “connected” voice but I have to say they’re worth it with the preorder price. I am having a bit of connectivity issues where if my phones in my pocket it’ll sometimes cut out for half a second BUT I am going to just assume that it’s my phone and not the earbuds as I have an iPhone XR and it’s Bluetooth is 5.0 so it is a bit outdated compared to newer phones
